The decision to begin therapy can feel like a difficult step, and so I want to assure you that I’ll do everything I can to help you feel comfortable and understood, as we start our healing journey together. Within the context of the safety and security built in our therapeutic relationship, I make use of a variety of approaches described below, tailoring the therapy to you, in order to achieve the best outcome.
