THERAPEUTIC APPROACHES

The decision to begin therapy can feel like a difficult step, and so I want to assure you that I’ll do everything I can to help you feel comfortable and understood, as we start our healing journey together.  Within the context of the safety and security built in our therapeutic relationship, I make use of a variety of approaches described below, tailoring the therapy to you, in order to achieve the best outcome.  I am always open to questions, and any feedback you have, regarding the approaches listed and all aspects of the therapy process.
